       翻译流程严格遵守公司规定流程(翻译-校对-审核-排版-确认) 

       如您对稿件内容有任何疑问,随时为您解答去惑 

售后

       提供完善优质的售后服务 提供翻译项目可免费保管译文三个月的服务; 

      翻译的文件可在保管期内免费修改翻译一次(修改字数300字以内); 

      提供售后质保服务,长期免费咨询、修改、调整已提交的翻译等。

We believe that quality control first starts with a full understanding of your project requirements and needs, and requires a meticulous and thorough analysis before producing a professional solution package. 

Work in progress:  

● We firmly uphold the five-step human translation policy to provide you with multilayered quality assurance. 

● The translation process is in strict compliance with our in-house prescribed procedures, which is translation, proofreading, review, typesetting, and confirmation. 

● Whatever your question, big or small, we are here to answer it at any time. 

Aftersales services:  

● Each translation project enjoys a three-month grace period of quality assurance. 

● During the grace period, a free-of-charge revision is available upon request    (Note: The revisions are capped at 300 source words/characters). 

● In some cases, we provide long-term free-of-charge consultation, modification, and adjustments to the delivered translation work.
